외국인을 위한 운전면허 학과시험 대비

이 앱은 한국에서 자동차 운전면허(1종 보통·2종 보통)를 따려는 외국인이 학과시험(필기시험)을 미리 연습할 수 있게 만든 무료 웹 앱입니다. 도로교통공단이 공공데이터포털에 공개한 운전면허 문제은행의 문장형 문항을 한국어 원문 그대로 싣고, 15개 언어 참고 번역과 전 문항 한국어·영어 해설을 붙였습니다. 회원가입 없이 바로 풀 수 있고, 오답 노트와 모의시험 기록은 이 브라우저에만 저장되며 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

학과시험은 어떤 시험인가요?

운전면허 시험은 학과시험, 기능시험, 도로주행시험 순서로 보며, 학과시험은 안전운전에 필요한 교통법규 등을 묻는 객관식 시험입니다. 도로교통공단 안전운전 통합민원 안내에 따르면 공개된 학과시험 문제은행 중 40문제가 나오고 시험시간은 40분입니다. 합격 기준은 1종 보통 70점 이상, 2종 보통 60점 이상이고, 시험이 끝나면 바로 점수와 합격 여부가 나옵니다. 시험은 한국어, 영어, 중국어, 베트남어로 볼 수 있으며 그 밖의 언어로는 볼 수 없습니다. 1종 보통·2종 보통은 18세 이상이 응시할 수 있고, 수수료는 10,000원입니다. 학과시험 전에 교통안전교육을 받고 신체검사를 마쳐야 합니다. 준비물과 순서, 외국 면허가 있을 때의 면제 기준은 응시 안내에 정리했습니다.

이 앱으로 할 수 있는 것

• 주제별 연습: 674문항을 11개 주제로 나눠 순서대로 또는 무작위로 풀고, 정답을 확인하면 바로 해설을 봅니다.
• 모의시험: 실제 시험처럼 40문항·40분으로 주제 비율을 유지해 무작위로 출제하고, 1종 보통 70점·2종 보통 60점 기준으로 채점합니다. 새로고침해도 이어서 풀 수 있고, 시간이 끝나면 자동으로 제출되며, 최근 기록 20개를 남깁니다.
• 오답 노트·북마크: 틀린 문제는 자동으로 모이고 다시 맞히면 빠집니다. 헷갈리는 문제는 북마크해 모아 풉니다.
• 검색: 한국어 원문과 불러온 번역에서 단어로 문제를 찾습니다.
• 참고 번역: "번역 보기"를 켜면 원문 아래에 내 언어 번역이 따로 나옵니다.

11개 주제와 문항 수

주제는 이 앱이 문제 본문의 낱말로 나눈 분류이며 도로교통공단의 공식 분류가 아닙니다.

문제 출처, 번역과 해설

문항은 공공데이터포털의 「도로교통공단_자동차(1종_2종) 운전면허 문제은행_20211231」(이용허락범위 제한 없음)에서 가져왔습니다. 전체 1,000문항 가운데 사진·일러스트·안전표지·동영상이 필요한 문항은 데이터에 그림이 없어 빼고, 1~680번 문장형 중 그림을 가리키는 1문항을 뺀 679문항을 실었습니다. 2026-10-16에 현행 도로교통법과 자동차관리법 등을 대조해 정답이 바뀐 5문항은 연습과 모의시험에서 빼고, 해석의 여지가 생긴 2문항에는 "법 개정 확인 필요" 표시를 붙였습니다.

꼭 알아 두세요. 이 문제은행은 2022년 7월 10일까지 유효한 문제를 기준으로 하므로 실제 시험과 다를 수 있습니다. 시험 전에는 도로교통공단의 최신 문제은행과 그림 문항도 함께 확인하세요. 번역은 영어, 중국어, 베트남어, 태국어, 크메르어, 러시아어, 인도네시아어, 우즈베크어, 몽골어, 필리핀어, 네팔어, 벵골어, 싱할라어, 미얀마어, 일본어의 15개 언어로 679문항 모두에 있지만 공식 번역이 아닌 참고용입니다. 해설은 오별랩이 한국어와 영어로 쓴 것이며 공단의 공식 해설이 아닙니다.

Korean driver's license written test practice for foreigners

This free web app helps foreign residents prepare for the written (theory) test of the Korean car driver's license, class 1 or class 2 ordinary. It uses the sentence-type questions of the public question bank released by the Korea Road Traffic Authority on the Public Data Portal, unchanged in Korean, with reference translations in 15 languages and explanations of every question in Korean and English. No account is needed; your wrong-answer list and mock-test history stay in this browser and are never sent to a server.

About the test

The license exam has three stages: the written test, the course (skills) test and the road test. According to the Authority's official guide, the written test draws 40 questions from the published question bank, lasts 40 minutes and is multiple choice. The pass mark is 70 points for class 1 ordinary and 60 points for class 2 ordinary, and the result is shown as soon as you finish. The test is offered in Korean, English, Chinese and Vietnamese only. Applicants for class 1 or class 2 ordinary must be at least 18, the fee is KRW 10,000, and you must complete traffic safety education and a physical check before the written test. What you can do here

• Practice 674 questions in 11 topics, in order or shuffled, with an explanation after each answer.
• Take 40-question, 40-minute mock tests drawn in proportion to the topics and scored against the 70- and 60-point pass marks; progress survives a reload, time-outs submit automatically and your last 20 results are kept.
• Review a wrong-answer notebook that empties as you get questions right, save bookmarks and search the Korean text and loaded translations.

Sources and limits

Questions come from the Public Data Portal dataset "Korea Road Traffic Authority car (class 1 and 2) driver's license question bank, 2021-12-31", licensed without usage restrictions. Of its 1,000 questions, those that need photos, illustrations, traffic signs or video are left out because the dataset contains no images, leaving 679 sentence questions. After checking them against current law on 16 October 2026, 5 questions whose answers changed are excluded from practice and mock tests and 2 are flagged for possible legal changes. The bank reflects questions valid until 10 July 2022, so the real test may differ; check the Authority's latest question bank before your exam.
